Vincent Gardner: Finch still on the lookout for acquisitions

MD says his firm is looking for commercial lines brokers with premiums between £1m and £5m.

Vincent Gardner, the managing director of Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers, has signalled the firm is still looking to buy more businesses after making two acquisitions in the last three months.

"We're looking to add commercial lines brokers that earn premiums between £1m to £5m," Finch told Insurance Age. "Further acquisitions will be bolt on acquisitions."

"I'm not talking about anything in the next six to nine months but I would expect us to make another acquisition in the next 12 to 18
