Axa tops Brokerbility survey for overall satisfaction

The provider was also top of the pile in the claims category.

Axa achieved the highest overall satisfaction score of 84.45% in the latest Brokerbility survey of the key insurer partners servicing its broking members.

The provider was also the leading insurer in the claims category at 82.94%, and registered the best accounts performance at 93.90%.

RSA was rated second in terms of overall satisfaction at 81.08% in the bi-annual survey which Brokerbility states outlines its commitment to improve service standards for customers and build relationships with
