Court documents: Mugge denies Gallagher accusations

Court defence documents claim Gallagher was not in a position to buy Towergate and reveal management was "unhappy" prior to resignations.

Former Arthur J Gallagher CFO Mark Mugge has denied that he was involved in the resignations of David Ross, Adrian Brown, Janice Deakin or Sarah Delgarno from Arthur J Gallagher in defence documents lodged with the High Court.

The documents also deny Gallagher's claims that Mugge diverted the US-based broker's intentions to buy Towergate, broker Autonet and Iridium, as revealed by Insurance Age last month.
