Aston Scott confirms Blanc buyout
Peter Blanc completes management buyout and will join as executive chairman with Andrew Scott staying on as an independent consultant.
Aston Scott Group announced that it has completed a management buyout (MBO) that will see former Arthur J Gallagher retail CEO, Peter Blanc, join as executive chairman.
Insurance Age revealed last month that Blanc was poised to join the broker.
The Kent-based company said that Blanc will now work closely with the incumbent team of Heidi Carslaw, chief executive and Sarah Locke, group resources director as the firm looks to make more acquisitions.
