Mugge joins former Gallagher colleague David Ross at company created to facilitate Towergate takeover.

Mark Mugge, formerly Arthur J Gallagher International's chief financial officer (CFO), has been appointed as CFO of Sierra Investment Holdings (SIH) as reported by sister title Post.

SIH was set up by Highbridge Principal Strategies (HPS) to facilitate the takeover of Towergate.

HPS was one of the leading unsecured creditors involved in the deal to takeover Towergate along with KKR Credit Advisors and Sankaty Advisors.

Mugge will join former colleague David Ross, who was Gallagher International
