Duo leave to focus on Evolve, a broker training and insurance advocacy service.

Grant Scott and Stuart Williams have left Mansfield-based Cowens Survival Capability to focus on Evolve which they set up three years ago, Insurance Age has learned.

Williams said that Cowens is now led by Paul Chaplin who bought the pair out and takes ownership and control of the business on his own.

Evolve has two branches: broker training and insurance advocacy.

Williams commented: "We were aware clients were looking for a level of independent advice separate from the product."
