Bluefin set for OKD purchase

Broker is positioned to buy OKD Insurance Brokers, reports say.

Bluefin is set to buy Scottish-based OKD Insurance Brokers.

Post reported that that broker, which became part of Regional Insurance Group in 2010 and has offices in Glasgow, Stirling and Falkirk, is on the verge of being acquired by Bluefin.

OKD and Bluefin declined to comment.
