Rentguard and Towergate in commission legal dispute

Dispute has reached the stage of documents being filed at High Court.

Rentguard is "confident" of victory in a legal case with Towergate over hundreds of thousands of pounds of commission, sister title Post has reported.

According to the article, Rentguard has filed documents at the High Court to pursue the consolidator for underpaid fees.

A Rentguard spokeswoman told Post: "Despite a sustained and determined effort by our senior management team, we have been unable to resolve this matter satisfactorily so have initiated court action against Towergate Insurance.

"
