CII launches new certificate level examination
CII to work closely with Biba to ensure certificate meets new recruits' needs.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a new certificate level examination.
The new unit is entitled ‘Insurance Broking Foundations/Essentials’.
According to the CII, this is an introductory qualification that provides knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of brokers,including their interaction with insurers and clients, regulatory and financial issues affecting them and conduct issues.
