JLT enjoying "clean bill of health"

Broker insists it has "aligned its processes" after FCA fine.

JLT's international chairman of risk and insurance Mark Drummond Brady insisted the broker is now enjoying a "clean bill of health" following last year's regulatory fine.

In December 2013 JLT was fined over £1.8m by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for failing to have appropriate bribery and corruption checks in place when making payments to overseas third parties.
