Biba's White says trade body is 'ready for battle' over FSCS costs

Modification of the FSCS funding model would aid economic growth, according to White.

British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) chief executive Steve White has described dealing with regulation costs as “a bit like a war”.

“You fight a series of battles and hope at the end of the day you get the outcome you want,” he told Insurance Age.

In the Biba 2014 manifesto, the trade body once again highlighted the negative impact of regulation costs on insurance brokers.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
