Brokerbility buys chartered broker Fehnert PLC

Business has set its sights on becoming "broker of choice" in the East Midlands.

Brokerbility Holdings has bought Leicestershire-based chartered broker Fehnert PLC.

The East Midlands-based business said it has set its sights on becoming a £50m gross written premium (GWP) trading business and "broker of choice" in the East Midlands.

Fehnert - which was established in 1984 - handles some £8m GWP and employs 23 staff. It mainly boasts commercial business and specialises in high net worth. It is also a specialist for the the Drilling and Sawing Association.
