Central Insurance boss Iain Henry to lead Marsh in Scotland.

Marsh has reached a definitive agreement to buy Aberdeen-based Central Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.

Central was established in 1973, has offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Kendal in the North of England, and has particular expertise in Scotland's oil and gas sector.

It also works with clients in financial services, construction, and agriculture as well as having a high net worth offering.
