Avanti promotes Elaine Cozens to managing director
Glen Smith steps into chief executive role.
Avanti Insurance and Healthcare Partners has appointed Elaine Cozens as managing director.
Cozens joined the travel insurance specialist three years ago as operations director. She previously ran her own office removal and storage company before joining Avanti and brings 20 years' senior management experience to her new role.
The firm also confirmed that owner Glen Smith has stepped up to the chief executive role, allowing him to focus on specific areas of the groups' activities in more detail.
