Andover-based broker features in the second instalment of the five-part video series.

Zurich's head of customer service UK personal lines insurance, Trudi Archer, has gone undercover to quiz the staff of Be Wiser.

Only the broker's chairman, Mark Bower-Dyke, knew the real purpose of her visit as she posed as an independent consultant shooting a corporate video.

Be Wiser has grown to over 500 employees with over 150,000 clients since its launch in 2007. In her investigation Ms Archer quizzed a selection of staff about their interaction with insurers. What could providers be doing
