Alan & Thomas appoints aviation head prior to division relaunch
New aviation recruit is also trained pilot.
Alan & Thomas Insurance Group (A&T) has appointed Peter Matcham as head of aviation insurance, with effect from 1 December 2013.
In his new role, Matcham will be based at the Dorset-based firm’s head office in Poole and will undertake a review of the aviation business, with a view to relaunching the division.
Matcham has spent 18 years in the insurance broking market, seven of those with A&T.
