R&Q opens Birmingham office

Former Catlin duo Paul Woodcock and Phil Woodward will initially staff office.
Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has opened its second regional office in Birmingham.
The MGA said the branch will initially form part of its R&Q Commercial Risk Services (CRS) team.
The site - which will offer the full range of R&Q products to local brokers - will primarily be staffed by former Catlin duo Paul Woodcock and Phil Woodward.
James Wheddon, who heads up R&Q's CRS team, said: "Our strategy is to support the local broker community by giving them access to experienced underwriters and decision
