Prism takes on former Oval director Herdman

Prism Network has snapped up former Oval executive director Jeff Herdman as non-executive chairman.

Herdman - who left the consolidator in March 2012 after an eight-year stint - will focus on helping the recovery and building repairs specialist boost its market share and growth. 

Speaking about his appointment, Mark Orton, Prism managing director, said: "His portfolio and experience is second to none, and we are confident he will be able to take a holistic view of our growth strategy, and help us achieve our ambitions."

FCA warns on Tempcover clone

The Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning of fraudsters trying to scam people by pretending to be short-term car insurance specialist broker Tempcover including on TikTok.
