QBE's Smith returns to RSA

RSA has unveiled former QBE director Finlay Smith as UK commercial underwriting and pricing director.

Smith - who has been QBE's director of UK and European markets, property insurance - returns to the insurer he left in 2008. 

During his previous stint at RSA he held a number of roles, including head of pricing and management information, commercial property underwriting director, pricing manager and European underwriting director.
