Gallagher pounces on former Perkins Slade boss Rowe

Gallagher Heath has pounced to appoint former Perkins Slade boss Darren Rowe as clients and markets director, Insurance Age can reveal.

It comes one day after it was also revealed that Rowe had left his position of managing director for corporate business at the Birmingham-based broker. 

Rowe - who will report to managing director Dave Partington - has been tasked with defining and executing the broker's placement strategy, as well as managing its UK broker team, as part of the newly-created role.
