Insurance Age has hosted a roundtable with experts from across the insurance industry as part of our on-going campaign about professionalism.

Representatives from insurers, brokers, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association, the Chartered Insurance Institute and beyond met to discuss what broking can be doing better in terms of professionalism and to suggest practical examples of how matters could be improved.
