CDL names Phillips as commercial director

Software house CDL has promoted Nigel Phillips to the newly-created role of commercial director.

Mr Phillips - who was previously business strategist at the company - will assume responsibility for customer relationship management, professional services and vehicle information services. 

CDL group managing director, Gary Johnson, who succeeded company founder Tom Hogg earlier this year, said: "Nigel has made a significant contribution to CDL's commercial activities over the past 15 years and his new role will give him increased responsibilities in terms of ensuring that CDL solutions
