Ace appoints ex-RSA chief Napier as chairman as Kendrick becomes president
Ace has appointed John Napier to a new role of non-executive chairman of both Ace European Group and Ace Underwriting Agencies.
From 2003 to 2012 Mr Napier was chairman of RSA.
Andrew Kendrick, currently chairman of ACE European Group, will become president with full executive management responsibility for Ace's operations across its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
