Legal & General in home group deal

Legal & General has signed a home insurance deal with Bought By Many, a new company which provides consumers with discount insurance when they purchase in groups.

The collaboration offers residents of Yeovil a discount if they club together to buy Legal & General’s Extra or Essentials home insurance policies.

Bought By Many, which launched in late 2012, is aiming to extend this model to other communities, using social media to connect people with similar insurance needs.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
