Direct Group goes to GAB Robins for anti-fraud expertise

Direct Group has appointed Tim Richardson as director of investigation services operations.

He joins from GAB Robins, where he was executive property adjuster, and he has previously worked at Merlin Claims, DE Ford Insurance Brokers and Congregational & General Insurance.

Mr Richardson will report to Russell Crewe, claims business unit director, and is replacing John Baldock who is set to retire next year.
