Howden takes Paragon director for claims role

Howden Insurance Brokers has appointed Martin Owens as claims director for its financial institutions and international casualty divisions.

Mr Owens has joined from Paragon International, where he was claims director and a member of the board. He previously headed up JLT's financial lines and casualty claims team.
