Quindell announces "earnings enchancing" acquisition of Metaskil

Software outsourcing firm Quindell has acquired insurance solutions provider Metaskil in a deal predicted to be "significantly earnings enhancing".

Quindell said the move would further strengthen relationships with its blue-chip clients, including insurethebox, Aon, BT and Vodafone.

The firm explained that Metaskil's technological development Napier already underpins the underwriting demands of the UK's largest telematics insurer.

And Quindell expects Napier will allow it to "accelerate the development of new products and propositions" with its insurance and affiliate clients.

Peach and owner grow in 2025
