Stackhouse Poland has confirmed that it has reached an agreement to buy the business of LFC Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum.

The Guildford-based broker announced that the deal is scheduled to complete by the end of this year.

It is still subject to regulatory approval and will involve the transfer of current LFC staff to Stackhouse Poland when the deal completes.

Essex-based LFC was formed by Jerry Clayton in 1988 and according to Stackhouse Poland no further comment will be made by either party until completion.
