Nick Houghton to leave Broker Network

Insurance Age understands that Nick Houghton has resigned from the role of managing director at Broker Network.

Mr Houghton is still with the company and although there is no replacement currently lined up for his role Tim Johnson remains as CEO of Broker Network and Paymentshield.

Towergate declined to comment.

A market source told Insurance Age that Mr Houghton had been popular with the membership and under his leadership the network had grown by member numbers and by gross written premium.
