Towergate snaps up ex-Bupa man as group risk officer

Towergate Insurance has unveiled Keith Jackson as group risk officer in a bid to develop its governance and risk strategies.

Mr Jackson - who subject to Financial Services Authority approval will join the broker on 8 October - was previously group chief risk officer at Bupa.

He replaces Lisa Siggery in the role who left the company last month. She was appointed for the position in June 2011 and Towergate said it is unsure what she will pursue next.

Mr Jackson has also held several senior risk and compliance roles with Aviva and spent five years as a loss adjuster for Royal Insurance.
