JLT and Aviva in PI offering for small firms

JLT Speciality has struck a deal with Aviva to provide professional indemnity insurance (PI) for two to three partners solicitor firms.

The broker said the tie-up - which will focus on sole practitioners and smaller firms - will give businesses "piece of mind" for the long term.

Speaking about the agreement, Mike Perry, partner, JLT, said: "Smaller firms need to understand the most efficient way to capitalise on how they present their risk and their business strategy and what is the best long term option.
