Lockton targets regional brokers from Lloyd's base
Lockton has targeted northern brokers by setting up a Lloyd's and London market service from its Manchester office.
The firm has hired Tracey Guiney as new business account manager as it bids to provide a regional-based service for brokers.
Managing partner of Lockton North, Matt Davies, said Lockton will be able to place a wide variety of risks including high-risk property, leisure and entertainment risks, unoccupied building and higher-risk property owners.
He said: "We know there is a strong demand for a service-led proposition for regional brokers to be able to access the Lloyd's and London market."
