With so many recent management changes at both brokers and insurers, it seems only right that we follow suit. So it is with sadness that I bid farewell to the loyal Insurance Age readership as I respond to the irresistible call of the wind, rain, slush and hail of my homeland. In my nearly six years at Insurance Age I have seen the consolidators sweep all before them before they became weighed down by debt; I have witnessed the broker market transform itself from one that eyed technology
