Enhanced commission and profit shares from insurers can mean schemes could be a treasure trove for brokers with a good idea, writes Rachel Gordon

Schemes and successful broking are synonymous. Get it right and it’s time to trade in the Mondeo for a Maserati. Get it wrong though and there may be reputational damage and clients could be left high and dry. That said, plenty of brokers will have had the odd failure and they simply get back on the horse.
