Towergate creates new M&A role
Towergate Insurance has appointed Dan Saulter to the newly-created role of group mergers and acquisitions director.
He will report to Scott Egan, recently appointed as group finance director.
Mr Saulter has been at Towergate Financial for the past four years, where he most recently held the position of CEO.
Warren Page, currently COO, will be promoted to replace him. Mr Saulter will remain as a non-executive director of Towergate Financial.
