RSA CEO vows to simplify business
Adrian Brown, UK and Western Europe CEO at RSA, has announced plans to simplify the business in order to get closer to brokers and consumers.
Sister title Postonline has reported that Mr Brown admitted the insurer's previous structure may have been "too complicated".
Mr Brown has reshuffled his top team, with David Pitt transferred from operations director to claims director and Neil Lightbown leaving the role of strategic claims and underwriting director to take on responsibility for underwriting.
