Towergate settles with ex-employees who joined Henderson
Towergate and former employees who eventually joined rival Henderson have settled their dispute.
The agreement was finalised by both groups at a Newcastle-based employment tribunal hearing in November.
A Towergate spokesman told Insurance Age: "The proceedings were settled on terms which are confidential to both parties."
As reported in sister title, Post, the dispute started in July 2009 when Jonathan Willett, boss of one of Towergate's first acquisitions, left the firm with his sister Emma Simkins.
