Axa tops Brokerbility’s satisfaction survey

The bi-annual survey of Brokerbility’s 34 member firms rating their seven key insurer partners’ performance when dealing with claims, underwriting and accounts has rated Axa Commercial top for overall satisfaction.

The insurer also came top overall for claims service.

Matthew Reed, managing director intermediary & direct at Axa Commercial Lines, commented: "I am absolutely delighted especially as our overall satisfaction rating has increased further on the results published earlier this year to over 80% and we were the only insurer to achieve Brokerbility's benchmark score.

"This is clear evidence that the changes that we have introduced this year are having a positive impact on our brokers."
