BGL announces divisional changes
BGL Group has announced the appointments of Kal Atwal and Martin Overton to the main board as part of a restructure that has established four operating groups.
Ms Atwal, who joined BGL in 2001, has been promoted to group director, brand-led businesses and has board responsibility for Bennetts and Courtanet, the recently acquired French aggregator business. In addition, she will head-up new business ventures identified next year and have strategic marketing oversight for Comparethemarket.com.
Mr Overton has become group director, legal services. The company stated that the operating group comprised ACM, the claims management division and board
