Fusion to recruit 100 staff in Coventry
BGL owned contact centre, Fusion, has announced a recruitment drive for 100 jobs in Coventry.
The move followed a previous round of recruitment in October last year when Fusion also employed an extra 100 staff.
According to the company, the contact centre operation deals with over 5,000 daily customer enquiries and this latest recruitment drive will help it handle a projected growth of 35% over the next 12 months.
The site already has over 270 employees and the new roles will be predominantly full time universal advisor roles for sales, service and retentions along with team leader
