New claims service launched

A new service has been launched which aims to help claim handlers fast-track claims, reduce leakage, improve fraud detection rates and reduce costs.

The Insurance Claims Kit (TICK) has been launched by TICK Claims, a new company formed by TCF Corporate CEO Start Dennis.

The offering has been designed to provide claims handlers with smart intelligence at the FNOL and initial claims stages. It delivers a report providing claim-related intelligence, areas highlighted for further consideration and potential lines of enquiry.

FCA warns on Tempcover clone

The Financial Conduct Authority has issued a warning of fraudsters trying to scam people by pretending to be short-term car insurance specialist broker Tempcover including on TikTok.
