JLT announces director departures
Jim Rush, group finance director, and William Nabarro, group commercial director and chairman of the employee benefits business, are leaving the Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group.
Mr Rush will step down from the board at the end of July, following the announcement of the interim results to 30 June, 2010, and Mr Nabarro will be leaving at the end of August.
After more than four years as group finance director of JLT, Mr Rush is returning with his family to Australia.
He will be succeeded, as group finance director by Simon Mawson, currently director of PT Astra International Tbk responsible for finance, risk management and information technology. Astra, a Jardine Matheson
