Eric Galbraith, chief executive of the British Insurance Brokers' Association, has criticised the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) approach to adequate resources at the Insurance intermediaries: risk management and adequacy of resources conference. In relation to Threshold Condition 4, Mr Galbraith questioned why the regulator took "such an intense interest" in the area of adequate resources, claiming that brokers presented "no systemic risk and that their potential failure did not need high
