Nearly two thirds of brokers do not use social networking to support their business and have no intention to do so, according to an online poll on Insurance Age website broking.co.uk.
At the time Insurance Age went to press, the findings revealed that 62% had no intention of utilising social network media, while 10% did not currently use it but planned to do so. A further 13% occasionally used it and just 15% regularly tapped into the resource.
