Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV) today announces the acquisition of AC Insurance Services marking its first of the New Year and its 49th since it started trading in June 2006.
AC Insurance Services is a commercial broker based in Harold Wood, Romford, run by owners Ann Charlwood and David Head.
The business and key staff will be combined with Gardners Insurance Services based in Chelmsford, which joined CCV in 2006.
CCV said that since then Paul Goldsmith, managing director of Gardners, has grown
