Bristol-based legal insurance specialist sees calls rise 25% for emergency home assistance

Arag Legal Services has seen its call frequency increase by 25% for emergency home assistance, compared to the same period in 2008, due to the current cold spell.

According to the company, the majority of the calls are requesting immediate assistance with boiler breakdowns and burst pipes.
