Industry fears over iPhone app rendering advice superfluous
Recent advancement could lead to insurance purchases through phone applications
The launch of the latest iPhone insurance application has sparked concern that the UK industry could follow the US in making it easier to buy insurance without broker advice.
More Than said its Car Claim application provided motorists with a checklist to help them capture information at the scene of an accident and aid the claims process. It is similar to Nationwide's previously released Accident Tool Kit.
While there is not currently an iPhone application available in the UK that could be used
