Snow results in 31% increase in claims, says AA
Bad weather has lead to motor claims being one third higher than usual according to AA Insurance
Many drivers have been caught out following heavy snowfall in the east and South east of Britain, according to AA Insurance.
The company said its Cardiff motor claims office has seen a 31% increase in the number of claims received up to 11.30am this morning compared with a normal winter Friday.
Simon Douglas, director of AA Insurance said: "Our Cardiff office received its first snow-related insurance claim at 7.22am this morning. Since then, there have been 60 specific claims for collisions in
