Michelle Villis defects to Giles from Towergate
The move comes as part Giles' attempt to strengthen its position in the Welsh marketplace
Michelle Villis has left her role as managing director of Cardiff-based Towergate Risk Solutions to join consolidating rival, Giles Insurance Brokers.
The appointment of Ms Villis has taken the total number of staff employed by Giles in Wales to 80.
