Fortis revises commercial lines and business development teams

Fortis has announced significant developments to its commercial lines underwriting and business development teams in response to feedback from brokers and aligned to plans to expand its commercial proposition.

Earlier this year, Fortis conducted a series of research forums with its brokers to understand their perceptions of the small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) insurance market and their expectations from an insurance provider. The feedback clearly highlighted that accessibility
